Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

We currently ship to the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United Kingdom. Delivery times may vary for international orders.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs processing (for international orders), or weather events. If your package is significantly delayed, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email us at support@potentnutra.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if necessary.
